Presentations review and acceptance procedure
Due to time constraints and the number of applications the following criteria will be used for the selection of participants
Pitching Sessions
Details of the pitching session
- Date: 13th May 2025
- Duration of the pitching session: the whole pitching session will last 1 hour; each individual presentation will last 3 minutes max.
- Who can pitch? Anyone representing organization or project idea in line with the selected topics in each thematic session.
*Mandatory requirement: all participants need to register.
- How to submit your presentation proposal: please see instructions in this template (será un ppt) The deadline for presentation submission is the 28th April 2025. Sent it to Joaquín Martín.
*Please note: Only ONE presentation per research group/entity/organization will be accepted.
- Coverage of costs (travel and accommodation) for pitchers:
